In order to ensure that each guest can enjoy their holiday to the fullest, the CDL team has a comprehensive menu of activities and services to offer, all day long:
– Every night, Alejandra Dellepiane, chef at Citrus, is in charge of delighting guests with delicacies based on fish, meat and vegetables that are marinated with herbs from the garden and cooked over a wood fire in a specially designed iron oven. On the deck, surrounded by native plants and an organic herb garden, guests can enjoy mint or basil-based drinks such as a mojito or a green field while looking at the majestic stars that are the hallmark of José Ignacio.
In the afternoons, after the beach, you can relax in the Jacuzzi, get a massage or drink a natural fruit and vegetable juice. - Activities and sports: can be scheduled by day or you can also put together personalized weeks. These include equipment, classes, meals, transfers and the best places to practice your favorite sport: surfing, kite surfing, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, wild boar hunting, bird watching, kayaking, wake boarding, rappelling in the Sugar Loaf and fitness trainer.
– Activity Planner: Alejandra Dellepiane, who has lived in PDE for 20 years, is the person in charge of organizing the thematic outings: gastronomic, cultural (gallery nights), country outings, architecture and decoration, personalized shopping and real estate investments.
We organize tours to the most visited places in PDE and Uruguay: Gorriti Island, Lobos Island, Punta del Diablo, Cabo Polonio, La Pedrera, La Paloma, Montevideo, Garzón and Colonia, among others.
