Located in the middle of the ravine within the Club de Mar, with an excellent view from its common areas. The property has its gallery sheltered from the winds, and facing east, with an outdoor living room next to the grill, stairs to the solarium to enjoy the sunrises or the sun.
Integrated living/dining room with large windows, a well-defined kitchen and service quarters with access to an internal patio with a laundry area. The master suite is on the same level, with a dressing room and a comfortable, bright bathroom.
From the dining room, you can access a small balcony overlooking the wild beach, where there is a corner with a table and armchairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner with the sound of the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a semi-suite bedroom with three beds and a playroom with two comfortable sofas. There is the only connection point to the TV and access to the back garden.
The house has wifi, linens, directv and the Club's services.
